Substance Use Disorder Specialist / Counselor

Position Summary
The Substance Use Disorder Specialist / Counselor provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented support to Café members navigating substance use and mental health recovery journeys. This role helps create a safe and welcoming environment while offering individualized support, encouragement, accountability, and connection to resources and services.
Systems Navigator (Part-Time)
Part-time, non-exempt | 20 hours per week on-site
$25-28/hour | Accrued paid vacation and sick leave

Position Summary
The Systems Navigator provides one-on-one support to Café members in navigating housing, public benefits, re-entry, healthcare, and other challenges to wellness, stabilization, and recovery.
