An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 7, 2018
Many of us have experienced situations or events in our lives that cause anxiety, panic attacks, depression or a variety of other symptoms. In this class we will explore ways to deal with these symptoms. We will not focus on our particular traumatic events, but how to reframe our thinking about them and decrease or eliminate the discomfort they cause in our lives. We will learn coping skills together including meditation and mindful breathing.
