An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 26, 2017
Many of us have experienced situations or events in our lives that cause anxiety, panic attacks, depression or a variety of other symptoms. In this class we explore ways to deal with these symptoms. We focus on reframing our thinking to decrease or eliminate discomfort these traumatic events cause. We will learn coping skills together including meditation and mindful breathing.
