An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Saturday, repeating until March 7, 2020

Commonly referred to as CBT – it is based on the idea that changing negative thinking patterns and reducing dysfunctional behavior can have a beneficial effect in improving a person’s emotions and behavior. Members will be taught a number of skills to identify their thought patterns and then to slowly change them. They will be asked to practice these skills in their daily lives between sessions in order to get maximum benefit.
